Easy 5 minutes BANANA dosa

 BANANA DOSA (NO FERMENTATION)



INGREDIENTS::::::

Wheat Flour - 1 small glass

Banana ---- 2 nos  ( any banana)

Sugar  ----- 2 tsp

Cardamom powder --- a pinch

Badaam / almond ---- 4 to 6 nos

Salt ---  as required

Add dosa batter ---2 tsp

Milk or water - as required ( for a thick batter ,idli batter consistency ).


Method;;;;;;;

Take wheat flour in a bowl.

Add mashed banana , powdered sugar, badaam , cardamom and dosa batter into it.

Add salt. 

Add milk or water and make a batter of idli batter consistency.

Heat dosa tawa and make small dosa' s.

Pickle or tomato chutney is a good combination for this dosa.

Children will definitely enjoy this recipe...

Instead of sugar we can add jaggery syrup also...

This is a healthy morning breakfast...Also it is very easy to prepare. Those who doesn't like bananas will love this recipe for sure...

It is very easy to prepare. 

No need to ferment the batter.

We can prepare the batter and make dosa immediately. 

No baking soda or baking powder is required ...
