How to prepare easy SWEET PANIYARAM

                 SWEET PANIYARAM.



Paniyaram's are of different names. I am explaining about two varieties. 

1.SWEET PANIYARAM
2.KARA PANIYARAM (SPICY PANIYARAM)


There are many ways to prepare PANIYARAMS.  We can make both PANIYARAM 's easily, if dosa batter is available at our home. 

We can use this recipe as morning breakfast or evening snacks. Children will definitely like this recipe. 

INGREDIENTS:::::

Dosa /Idli batter   

Jaggery

Salt 

Wheat flour 

Oil/ Ghee

Nuts (optional)

PANIYARAM pan
 
Coconut  

Banana  (mashed.  Optional)


This is the PANIYARAM PAN.

METHOD €€€€€€€::::::::

First take dosa batter . 

Add jaggery syrup .

Add salt as needed .

Add grated nuts, coconut.

Check the consistency and add wheat flour  to thicken the batter.

The batter should not be too loose or too thick. A medium thickness is required. A dosa batter consistency is required.

Heat the pan,add 2 tsp oil or ghee to the pan,pour batter .
 
Cover it until one side gets cooked.

Flip to the other side and wait for that to gets done.






We can use a pointed object (anything  a fork or some thing else) to check whether it is cooked by pressing it.

Then take it from the pan and serve it. It will be very tasty with coconut chutney ,sambar or tomato chutney. 




KAARA PANIYARAM  (SPICY  PANIYARAM)

Same procedure is required.
Take dosa batter. Add the seasoning into it. Kaara paniyaram batter is ready.

 If it is not in the REQUIRED consistency, we can add some rice flour also. 

INGREDIENTS::::::

Dosa batter 
Mustard
Oil
Red chilly
Onion  ( big)
Carrot (optional)
Curry leaves 

Add the cooled seasoning into the batter and pour it to the pan.



This is a very easy recipe. We can try it as home easily. And serve it with hot.
