 BROCCOLI AND GREENGRAM COMBINATION

Green foods are essential for hair growth. Broccoli is rich in vitamins and minerals. 

Green gram is rich in nutrients. It has minerals, folate, fiber and vitamin B6. 





INGREDIENTS :

Broccoli

Green gram

Coconut 

Small onion

Garlic

Green chilly 

Turmeric powder 

Salt 

Oil 

Mustard 

Red chilly 

Curry leaf

PREPARATION 

Boil water in a pan, add some Turmeric powder and crystal  salt (Kal uppu) to it. 

Switch off the flame. Add cleaned broccoli  to it. Close the pan for 5 minutes. 

Cook Green gram in a pressure cooker and keep aside. 

Cut broccoli into small pieces. 

For Grinding 

Take a mixer jar, Add 

*Coconut 

*small onion 

*Garlic 

*Green chilly 

*Turmeric powder 

Just grind all those ingredients. No need to make fine paste. 

Take a pan, pour some oil into it. 

Add Mustard, red chilly, curry leaves


Add the broccoli and sprinkle some water to cook. 

Add salt, Turmeric powder as required. 

It takes only 2 minutes. 

Add the cooked green gram to it. 

Saute well. 

Just leave it for two seconds. 

ADD THE GRINDED MIXTURE 

SAUTE WELL. BROCCOLI GREENGRAM Thoran is ready. 

It is a healthy recipe actually. Most of the people don't like broccoli. Just try this.
