How to prepare home made paneer

 HOMEMADE PANEER


Boil milk. I used 1liter of milk. 

After boiling, sim the flame and add seven spoons of lemon juice. We can use vinegar also. 

Stir it 

When the water separates from milk, switch off the flame. 

Drain water completely and tie the cuddled milk into a clean cloth. 

We can put some weight over the cloth. 

Then the water will drain completely. 

Then it becomes thick. 

After sometimes, we can cut it  into cubes shapes.  

Store in freezer.
