Easy Ragi Semiya Upma .Healthy Breakfast 




Ragi is a healthy food. Doctors suggesting RAGI SOUP for babies. Elders can also use this. Ragi is an ingredient in health mix also. It cools our body. During summer season, ragi is consumed by people to make body cool. 


INGREDIENTS :

Raagi 

Onion 

Green chilly 

Salt

 Lemon 

For seasoning :

MUSTARD

Oil

Green gram /Bengal gram

Curry leaf 

Red chilly 

Method 

First we took ragi semiya of your need. Soak in normal water for three minutes.Add some salt in the water before soaking . After that, cook the ragi Semiya using idli pot or pressure Cooker (no need to put weight) for 5minutes.

: Heat a pan. Pour some oil. After the oil becomes hot put the ingredients for seasoning. 

:Add onion and green chilly.

:Add salt as required. 

:Add cooked Raagi Semiya. 

:Mix well. Switch off the flame. 

:Last but not the least add some lemon juice. 

:Mix well and serve. 

Ragi Semiya Upma is ready.

METHOD:

:Cook the ragi Semiya in same method. 

:Add coconut and sugar. Mix well. 

:Sweet Ragi Semiya Upma is ready.
